Here's a bit about me written in the third person to make it sound like maybe I'm a big enough deal to have someone to handle my affairs (this is definitely not true)...
"Sam was proudly born and bred in the town of Bristol, in the South West of the UK and they've never really gotten rid of him since. In his nearly two decades making musical noises, he has cultivated a modest but earnest musical offering, on record and through live shows. Heart-soothing melodies - at times fragile and others anthemic - with intensely personal, yet universal stories woven through their fabric. Sam has songs for holding onto; for love, losing, occasionally winning and for that eternal sparring contest with the pesky Black Dog…
Sam has played hundreds of gigs and festivals across the South West including high-profile support slots with the likes of Turin Brakes, James Vincent McMorrow and Ward Thomas and has appeared many times on local TV and radio, including sessions for BBC Introducing in The West."

I'm very happy to say I am available to play for weddings and events across the South West and beyond.
Over the years, I have been booked to play at a wide range of events such as birthday and anniversary parties, corporate gigs and festivals. I have also had the pleasure of providing many beautiful couples with some musical accompaniment on their wedding day. Ceremony

Before the ceremony as guests arrive/are seated

Playing during the bride's entrance/the recessional (couple's exit)

Solo numbers instead of/as well as hymns during the ceremony

During the signing of the register
Evening/Reception;

As guests arrive at the reception/reception drinks

During/after food while guests mingle and start to unwind!

Early evening as later guests arrive

Later evening playing more upbeat sets live, finished with party playlists being played through my P.A. with my lighting setup
